Winter Homes Sales in Bergen County

Closter Real Estate Home Sales ReportMonday, April 26th, 2010Closter homes sales look to have similar sale action as most Bergen County, however it seems to have a large amount of pending homes under contract. If these sales close, the sales volume should make quite a pop. As of 4/26/2010 there are 28 pending sales on the NJMLS. As you can see, compared to the sales volume below it shows a strong pick up in sales activity.
