Geothermal heat and air conditioning is very up and coming in these green energy conscious times.

We have been including Geothermal option in our new construction homes. The federal goverment offers tax credits for appoved installation of these systems. There are different application and can be very rewarding.
Our construction management would include not only Geothermal, but solar and other energy saving constuction ideas.

Closter Real Estate Home Sales Report

Closter homes sales look to have similar sale action as most Bergen County, however it seems to have a large amount of pending homes under contract. If these sales close, the sales volume should make quite a pop. As of 4/26/2010 there are 28 pending sales on the NJMLS. As you can see, compared to the sales volume below it shows a strong pick up in sales activity.
